This ensures your order reaches you in good condition, within the promised time frame, and is fully insured until delivery. You can track your shipment using your order dashboard, and we will keep you informed with timely SMS / email updates.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹500.
For orders below ₹500, a standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies.
Lallson & Lallson accepts all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and internet banking payments. We ensure your transactions are safe and secure by working only with reliable payment gateways.
We usually dispatch all prepaid orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Delivery generally takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
Important:
We do not ship orders on Sundays or national holidays.
Orders placed after 3 PM on Saturday are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.
Delivery time may be affected by unforeseen events like strikes, weather conditions, or local restrictions. In such cases, our team will stay in touch to ensure your order reaches you at the earliest, usually within 10 working days.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order summary with an estimated delivery date. After dispatch, we will email you the shipment details, including your tracking ID and the courier partner’s tracking link so you can monitor your parcel in real time.
Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you before delivering. If you are unavailable during the first attempt, you can reschedule a convenient date and time. A second attempt will be made accordingly.
If delivery fails again, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Our team will then get in touch with you for further instructions.
Before dispatch, every product goes through strict quality checks. However, if you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept it. Take clear photos and contact us immediately at lallsons.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Note:
To report missing or damaged items, you must provide an unedited package opening video. Claims without this proof may not be accepted. Please record a video while opening your package to help us resolve any issues quickly.
Currently, we do not ship outside India. However, you can place orders from anywhere for delivery within India.
In rare cases, we may cancel an order if:
Product quantity is limited or sold out.
There is a pricing or description error.
Quality issues are detected before dispatch.
Extra verification is required and not received in time.
If your payment has already been processed, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Please ensure your request reaches us before your order is packed and shipped.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
